Name That Tune 3.16

Tragedy this week I’m afraid as we have lost two great men. Firstly Mystery Lyrics Icon Paul Stetler (Pstet) sadly passed away from complications after having valve surgery (see article on the Mystery Lyrics Website), and of course Willy DeVille lost his battle against cancer.

Over to Name That Tune: I think I have been making things just a little too easy for you over the last few weeks, so I have digged out my malicious side for this weeks “Name That Tune”. As easy as the first song is, you might find the second offering beyond your means, although it is from a very well known LP. You’ll also probably need to turn up the power on your loadspeakers as it is a fairly quiet passage…. let’s see what you make of it

This is an easy one, therefore you get only 7 seconds

This is anything but easy. Its from a classic rock LP, one of the very first to be recorded live with an orchestra. The whole song is more than 19 minutes in length

The table:

Ah, for number 2, the song is actually In Held Twas In I, went with the album title at first, then went back and checked b/c I didn’t think that “twas” the tune name.

    Mike (aka Daddyo)

First clip was in fact an easy one. Heat Of The Moment by Asia. I think 2 0r 3 seconds would have got it.

Second clip Is, In Held Twas In I from the album titled Shine On Brightly by Procol Harum, another great product from Britain.
